Hello! This is me. I’m a passionate reader and watcher of science fiction and fantasy stories. I’ve been daydreaming about The Vardeshi Saga for roughly twenty years now, but I began writing it in its current form during a difficult stretch of 2016 as an escape from a cancer scare and struggles with fertility including an early miscarriage. When I emerged from that challenging period, I found that I didn’t want to leave the universe of the Vardeshi behind. I’m planning a third volume in addition to Ascending and Bright Shards, but it may not be released for some time. In addition to writing, I’m a teacher, cross-country coach, dorm parent, and mother to two energetic and opinionated young children.
